The board of Fortum Corporation has proposed tt the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for March 31, 2015 approves an extraordinary dividend of EUR 0.20. The scheduled Ex-date is April 1, 2015.
Provided that the AGM approves the proposal, NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will act and adjust FUM1V in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes” version 2.2, Section 4.2.1
