Reflect Scientific Meets With California Air Resources Board for Opportunity at $25 Million Zero Emissions Transport Refrigeration Program

OREM, UT--(Marketwired - Feb 5, 2015) - Reflect Scientific, Inc. (OTCQB: RSCF), a provider of diverse products and services for the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and transportation industries announced a key meeting with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) that will lead to a demonstration and evaluation of the Cryometrix advanced zero emissions transport refrigeration unit (TRU). CARB is the regulatory agency in California responsible for researching innovative ways of lowering environmental contaminants and implementing standards and regulations.

Representatives from Reflect Scientific recently attended a successful meeting with key personnel at the California Air Resources Board to discuss the zero emissions features of the Cryometrix transport refrigeration unit that is used in refrigerated trucking applications. California has the highest number of TRU's on the road. The use of diesel, and the pollution that this fossil fuel creates, is a serious ongoing concern for California. Reflect Scientific was invited to the meeting because of the zero emission features of the Cryometrix refrigeration product. After reviewing the information presented, CARB will be recommending the Cryometrix TRU for inclusion in a $25 million demonstration and evaluation program.
