Through the implementation period of the tender offer UAB „MINERALINIAI VANDENYS“ bought-up 60 560 ordinary registered shares of Company group ALITA AB, with nominal value of LTL 1 each (ISIN codes LT0000128266 and LT0000128589), which represent 0.30 percent of voting rights at the general meeting of shareholders of the company.
