AUBURN, Ind., Feb. 5, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Peoples Bancorp (OTCQB:PBNI) reported today that one of its directors, Erica D. Dekko, has resigned from the Board of Peoples Bancorp and its bank subsidiary for personal reasons, including additional community, business and family commitments she has taken on over the last year. The Board does not currently have a replacement for her position.
