Nomination Committee proposal for Kungsleden’s Board of Directors


The Nomination Committee of listed Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (publ)
is proposing that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2015 re-elects current Board
members Charlotte Axelsson, Joachim Gahm, Liselotte Hjorth, Lars Holmgren, Göran
Larsson, Kia Orback Pettersson and Charlotta Wikström. The Committee is also
proposing that Göran Larsson is re-elected as Chairman of the Board.
The members of Kungsleden’s Nomination Committee are Göran Larsson (also
Chairman of the Board) nominated by Gösta Welandson and companies, Eva
Gottfridsdotter-Nilsson (also Chairman of the Nomination Committee) nominated by
Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning, Krister Hjelmstedt nominated by Olle Florén
and companies and Martin Jonasson nominated by the Second AP fund.
The Nomination Committee’s complete proposals for resolution at the AGM 2015,
more information on the proposed Board members and a report on the Nomination
Committee’s work will be presented by no later than coincident with the
publication of the invitation to the AGM.
