Firstextile AG launches buyback offer for up to 354,000 shares

Frankfurt am Main, 6 February, 2015 - The Management Board of Firstextile
AG (ISIN DE000A1PG8V8; WKN A1PG8V, Lyoner Straße 14, 60528 Frankfurt am
Main) decided today, with the Supervisory Board's consent, to make use of
the authorisation granted by the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on June 20,
2013 in accordance with Section 71, Para 1, No. 8 AktG and to make a public
buyback offer to buy back shares of the company.

The buyback offer applies to up to 354,000 Firstextile Shares, which
corresponds to up to 3% of the Company's current share capital. The
offer price amounts to EUR 8.00 per share. The offer price includes a
premium of approximately 8.4% on the reference stock quote of approximately
EUR 7.38 which is the average stock market price at the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange between and including the fourth and tenth trading days before 6
February, 2015 as day of the first public announcement of the share
repurchase. The repurchased shares may be used by the Company for any
permitted purpose according to the resolution of the annual general
meeting. The period for accepting the offer will start on Tuesday, 10
February, 2015 and will end on Wednesday, 10 June, 2015 at 12:00 o'clock
(CET) (acceptance period).
