JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” changes in qualifying holdings

On 8^th of February, 2015 JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” received an announcement from Beatrix Preiss-Daimler about a major interest acquisition in JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” (see attach.).

Regarding the announcement of the 8^th of February after the concluded transactions Beatrix Preiss-Daimler owns 1209412 shares of JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” or 5.05962% of all the JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” voting rights.
