On February 06, 2015, State Street Corporation, Boston, United States has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) that via shares its Voting Rights on Leoni AG,
Nürnberg, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights
on February 03, 2015 and on that day amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to
973,055 Voting Rights).

2.96% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 966,219 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).

0.18% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 58,637 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
 
Of the total of 973,055 Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2.98% of the
Voting Rights) a portion of 51,801 voting rights (this corresponds to 0.16%
of the Voting Rights) is attributed pursuant to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) and concurrently pursuant to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
