QPR Software expands its co-operation with a European public sector health care organization and delivers an enterprise architecture consulting project for the organization’s operational development purposes. The total value of the software and consulting services that QPR will deliver during the first half of 2015 is around EUR 140 thousand. The revenue from the deliveries will be recognized in the first half of 2015.
The target of the now agreed project is to improve the customer’s operations, development and performance as well as project management. In addition, the project aims for better alignment between business and IT by linking the business area service layer with IT services.

The customer’s service model and critical success factors are identified in the project. A stakeholder map and interaction diagram are modeled. Operational development capabilities are strengthened by modeling the customer’s service map and portfolio, the process map and operational model as well the solution map and solution services. In addition, operations metrics are selected and they are linked to the appropriate levels of operations. Project management is improved by linking strategy driven operational development to the existing project portfolio.
The QPR consultants will use QPR EnterpriseArchitect software and the imbedded QPR Enterprise Architecture based Operational Development Methodology in their work.
