Proffice appoints a new Director in Norway

Eivind Bøe is taking up the position as new Director of the Proffice Group's
business in Norway.
"Norway is an important market for the Proffice Group, and I'm delighted that we
will have a strong leader in place. Eivind Bøe will develop the business with
our existing clients and create opportunities to find new ones," says Henrik
Höjsgaard, President and CEO of the Proffice Group.

Eivind Bøe will take up his position during the second half of February and
become a member of Group Management at Proffice Group, with responsibility for
both Proffice and Dfind companies in Norway. He joins the company from a
position as MD of OneCo Technologies AS.
Eivind Bøe is 48 years old and has extensive managerial experience from various
industries. Among other things, he was MD of Ramirent for five years, and before
that he was MD of Altima and Head of Siemens Security Systems Norway. Bøe has
also been CEO of the Dekk1 chain. He has had assignments as interim manager,
worked as a consultant and held various senior positions within the Norwegian
Armed Forces. Eivind Bøe has an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and
qualified as an operations officer at the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy.
