Brennan Investment Group Sells Industrial Facility in Cincinnati


CHICAGO, Feb. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brennan Investment Group, LLC, a private real estate investment firm that acquires and operates industrial properties on a national basis, announced the sale of 1680 Carillon Boulevard in Forest Park, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati. The 149,760 square foot institutional quality facility was designed and constructed for National Bedding Company, LLC ("NBC") in 2004.

The Class A industrial facility is 100% leased to National Bedding Company under a long term net lease. NBC uses the facility to assemble and distribute Serta mattresses. The acquisition also included additional land for future expansion of the building.
