Schroders PLC, London, UK, has informed us on February 4, 2015, in
accordance with section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that
its share in the voting rights of Süss MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, fell
below the 3% threshold on February 3, 2015 and amounted to 2.96% (Amount of
Shares: 564,820). 2.96% of the voting rights (564,820 voting rights) are
attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of
the WpHG in connection with section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.

Schroder Administration Limited, London, UK, has informed us on February 4,
2015, in ac-cordance with section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading
Act) that its share in the vot-ing rights of Süss MicroTec AG, Garching,
Germany, fell below the 3% threshold February 3, 2015  and amounted to
2.96% (Amount of Shares: 564,820). 2.96% of the voting rights (564,820
voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with section 22 para. 1 sentence
2 of the WpHG.

Schroder Investment Management Ltd, London, UK, has informed us on February
4, 2015, in accordance with section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading
Act) that its share in the voting rights of Süss MicroTec AG, Garching,
Germany, fell below the 3% threshold February 3, 2015  and amounted to
2.96% (Amount of Shares: 564,820). 1.34% of the voting rights (256,507
voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG and 1.61% of the voting rights (308,313 voting
rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence
1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the
WpHG
