Improved navigation. The new navigation is even easier to use. Information about products and services is only one or two clicks away from the homepage. The main menu is grouped into categories such as "Banking" and "Loans and Credit" and also allows customers to quickly search for and find information about a desired task, such as "switching to First Citizens" or "buying a home."
