Achillion Pharmaceuticals Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock


NEW HAVEN, Conn., Feb. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Achillion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:ACHN) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with this offering, Achillion plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of its common stock. All of the shares in the offering will be sold by Achillion. Leerink Partners LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
