YIT chosen as the constructor of the second phase of a shopping centre in Vilnius, Lithuania
YIT has signed a contracting agreement with VPH, a Canadian venture capital firm, to build the second phase of a shopping centre named Nørdika in Vilnius, Lithuania. The value of the second phase for YIT is approximately EUR 10 million and it will be completed in spring 2016. The second phase of the shopping centre located near the Vilnius airport will have a floor area of nearly 22,000 square meters.
YIT was chosen as the constructor of the first phase of the Nørdika shopping centre in late 2014. The first phase of the centre will be completed in autumn 2015.
