according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG, Heidelberg, Germany, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 09, 2015 and on
that day amounted to 7.68% (this corresponds to 287224 Voting Rights).
7.68% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 287224 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Zaldivar in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the following
