IXONOS: NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDINGS AND VOTING RIGHTS IN IXONOS PLC UNDER CHAPTER 9 SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
Ixonos Plc (“Ixonos”) has received Tremoko Oy Ab’s notification of major holdings and proportions of voting rights in the Company in accordance with Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act.
Tremoko Oy Ab subscribed for 96 670 000 new shares of Ixonos on 10 February 2015. A flagging notification related to the arrangement was given on 10 February 2015. As a result of entering the Ixonos shares subscribed for by Tremoko Oy Ab in the Trade Register, Tremoko Oy Ab’s share of ownership and votes in Ixonos has risen from 49 008 088 shares (46.1 per cent) to 145 678 088 shares (71.8 per cent of all shares and votes). Once the new shares were entered in the Trade Register on 11 February 2015, Tremoko Oy Ab’s share of ownership and votes of all of Ixonos’s shares and votes exceeded the flagging limits of 50 per cent and two thirds.
Ixonos has a total of 202 983 536 shares and votes.
