On 15 January 2015 JSC “Latvijas balzams” informed, that it signed a Share Purchase Agreement and acquired 100% of the shares in the Limited Liability Company “Daugavgrivas 7” for the purpose of establishing a representation center to promote its products, strengthen the company’s image and welcome its cooperation partners at the property owned by the Limited Liability Company “Daugavgrivas 7”.
Hereby we inform, that for the purpose to optimize and rationalize further economic activity of the company, the merger of both companies is planned, by performing the acquisition of “Latvijas balzams” Jsc affiliate limited liability company „Daugavgrivas 7” by „Latvijas balzams” Jsc.
