Cramo acquires the assets of equipment rental company Visby Hyresmaskiner in Gotland, Sweden
Cramo strengthens its position on the island of Gotland in Sweden by acquiring all the assets of Visby Hyresmaskiner AB (“VHM”) and at the same time converting VHM into a Cramo franchisee. VHM’s sales in 2013 were approximately SEK 20 million. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. All VHM’s employees, including the company’s main owner and Managing Director, Mr Roger Gustafsson, will stay in the company and continue their successful work under the Cramo brand.
VHM, founded in 1998 and located in central Visby, has a strong position in the local rental market. The company provides a wide range of rental equipment for construction companies and contractors all over Gotland.
