- I am very happy that Petra Albuschus, one of ICA’s best leaders, has accepted
the position as Senior Vice President of HR and I am convinced that she will
develop our HR function even further. At the same time, I would like to express
my gratitude to Åsa Gabriel who has built a solid foundation for ICA’s HR work,
not least when it comes to the development and implementation of ICA’s
leadership model, the ICA School curriculum, the establishment of our common
corporate values and the solid platform for the group’s Talent Management work.
