Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has on February 12, 2015 repurchased 250,000 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs), at an average price of SEK 37.01. This represents 0.33% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. All repurchased SDRs will be cancelled. After the cancellation of the repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 73,721,312.
