While Hemp, Inc. debuted its cosmeceutical line last summer, the company's market penetration strategy started at HempCon in San Jose, CA on January 23, 2015. There, Hemp, Inc. was able to showcase its cosmeceutical line to over 100 industry-related exhibitors and thousands of attendees. CEO Bruce Perlowin, who often speaks at industry events, was one of HempCon's featured speakers. Since then, the company has been focused on getting more exposure with wholesalers, resale distributors, manufacturers and consumers, directly through industry-related expos and shows.

Hemp, Inc. (OTC:HEMP) has since showcased its cosmeceutical line at the 13th Annual Conscious Life Expo on February 6-8, 2015 held at the LAX Hilton and the High Times Cannabis Cup, February 7-8, 2015 in San Bernardino, California.

"The Ascent Expo is an ideal opportunity to share the benefits of our hemp-based cosmeceutical line with thousands of expected attendees and over 200 expected exhibitors who are collectively committed to what we call conscious commerce," said Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. (OTC:HEMP). "Hemp, Inc.'s hemp-based cosmeceutical line for skin and body care make it easy for consumers to simplify their body-care routine in a more sustainable way... perfect for the more green-conscious lifestyle." To purchase tickets, click here.

Hemp, Inc. is one of the major sponsors of the Ascent Expo and is a huge supporter of some of the other vendors scheduled to attend such as Agape Church and Spiritual Center, Twilight Brigrade, Keepers of the Wild, and Patch Adams.

Rev. Michael Beckwith, Founder of Agape Church, was also one of the featured teachers in the 2006 movie, The Secret, and the bestselling book, The Secret. He "visioned" the spiritual center "as a movement that would take a stand for love, for peace, for being a beneficial presence on the planet. That's why it was named 'Agape,' which in Greek means unconditional love. Agape's vision is fueled by the love of God, the One, indefinable yet unmistakable Presence whose vehicle on earth is the human heart and soul." Rev. Beckwith says his "aspiration is that every individual who is touched by the vibration of Agape is inspired to cultivate a heart of love as wide as the world." The spiritual center also affords opportunities to enhance "your life-experience from a foundation of personal spiritual empowerment."

Dannion Brinkley, founder of The Twilight Brigade, established one of the largest end-of-life care communities that operates as an independent agency within the VA hospitals and hospice care facilities across America. According to Brinkley, thousands of volunteers across the country make up the Twilight Brigade and are dedicated to being at the bedside of the nation's dying Veterans.

Keepers of the Wild is home to over 140 exotic and indigenous wild animals that were rescued, surrendered by an owner, or placed with the organization by other animal welfare agencies. According to Keepersofthewild.org, animals placed at Keepers of the Wild can depend on a safe and life-long home. The non-profit organization strives to fulfill its mission to educate the public and to rescue, rehabilitate and provide life-long care to exotic and indigenous wildlife.

Hunter Doherty "Patch" Adams is best known as an American physician, social activist, clown, and author who was made famous by the 1998 semi-biographical comedy-drama film (Patch Adams) that starred actor Robin Williams. "Patch" is the founder of the Gesundheit! Institute, a non-profit healthcare organization whose mission is to reframe and reclaim the concept of 'hospital'. The Institute, according to the website, is a "model of holistic medical care-based on the belief that the health of the individual cannot be separated from the health of the family, the community, the society and the world" and is founded on the six following principles: (1) Care is free; no third party reimbursement (private or public insurance) is accepted; (2) No malpractice insurance is carried; (3) Initial interviews with patients are 3-4 hours long; (4) The health of the care-giver is as important as the health of the care-receiver; (5) Patients are treated as friends; and, (6) All complementary medicines are accepted. Patch is currently "fundraising for a 44-bed community hospital building" in West Virginia.

"We are thrilled with what the Agape Church, The Twilight Brigade, Keepers of the Wild, and Patch Adams will bring to the table at the Ascent Expo in terms of being conscious-oriented innovators, working and living in a way that is conscious of other people, conscious of the environment and other cultures," commented Perlowin.

Hemp, Inc.'s hemp-based cosmeceuticals to be showcased at the Ascent Expo will consist of its:

Body Candle – The cosmeceutical line's best seller so far, according to Hemp, Inc. executives. At 2 or 6 ounces, the Body Candle is 100% natural, smoke-free and burns 60 hours consecutively. The clean burning candles melt down into a warm, moisturizing massage oil. It has a unique blend of seven natural oils, including hemp oil, that deeply moisturizes skin, leaving it healthy and hydrated with a youthful glow. Most people have experienced this "liquid gold" by pouring it directly onto the body for a warm massage in lieu of a daily moisturizer. The Body Candle currently comes in Nag Champa, Orange Cream, and White Tea Ginger scents.

Shampoo and Conditioner – At 8 ounces each, the Hemp, Inc. Shampoo and Conditioner is a smoothing blend of Vegetable Keratin Protein, Argan Oil and Hemp Oil that gently detangles, repairs and smooths unruly hair while locking in moisture with long lasting frizz and humidity control that is safe for color-treated hair.

Hemp Massage Oil - At 8 ounces, the Hemp Massage Oil is a 100% natural blend of essential oils (including hemp, almond, grape seed, apricot and vitamin E) that provides a slick, professional glide. Its nutrient-rich formula absorbs into the skin for deep conditioning and moisturizing without a greasy residue. The Hemp Massage Oil currently comes in Nag Champa, Orange Cream and White Tea Ginger.

Hemp Miracle Oil - At 1 ounce, the Hemp Miracle Oil is a 100% natural blend of Hemp Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Vitamin E, and 9 other beneficial essential oils that deeply soothes and moisturizes dry, irritated skin leaving it soft, smooth and deeply nourished. For all skin types, this has been touted as a "must-have" hemp product. The fragrance of the Hemp Miracle Oil is derived from natural sources.

Hemp Lip Balm – The Hemp Lip Balm is 100% natural, 100% vegan, and beeswax-free. From the slopes to the desert, Hemp, Inc. executives tout their lip balm as "the best-in-its-class". With a botanical blend of 100% natural ingredients, the Hemp Lip Balm relieves and protects lips from harsh environmental conditions. Ultra-moisturizing oils (including hemp, shea butter, jojoba, avocado and vitamin E) help to leave lips "soft, sexy, and kiss-ready". Currently in Spearmint and Orange Cream.

"For centuries, hemp has been the ideal base component for healing solutions," says Perlowin. "With Hemp, Inc.'s 70,000 square-foot decortication plant and our line of high quality hemp-based cosmeceuticals and other products and services, we believe Hemp, Inc. will become a household name and a substantial portion of the marketshare."

Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. will also be one of the featured speakers at the Ascent Expo, along with incredibly talented and informative personalities, including but not limited to: Justina Mutale Founder/CEO of Positive Runway 2012 and African Women of the Year; Daniel Gutierrez, Congressionally recognized author; George Cassar, President of Dale Carnegie Foundation, and philanthropist; Sharon Lechter, bestselling author (Outwitting the Devil), Napoleon Hill Foundation; Frank Shankwitz, co-founder of Make A Wish Foundation; Greg Reid, bestselling author, Napoleon Hill Foundation; Keith Mitchell, all-pro football player and yoga master; and, Mark Jackson, pro NFL football player and Super Bowl champion.

HEMP, INC.'s TRIPLE BOTTOM LINE

Hemp, Inc. (OTC:HEMP) seeks to benefit many constituencies from a "Cultural Creative" perspective thereby not exploiting or endangering any group. Thus, the publicly-traded company believes in "upstreaming" of a portion of profit from the marketing of their finished hemp goods back to its originator as an interwoven piece of nature. By Hemp, Inc. focusing on comprehensive investment results—that is, with respect to performance along the interrelated dimensions of people, planet, and profits—our triple bottom line approach can be an important tool to support sustainability goals.
