Former SingTel, LG and Motorola Exec Focuses on Ensuring Multiscreen Opportunities for Region's Established Service Providers and Content Owners

ACTON, Mass., Feb. 17, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Multiscreen innovator SeaChange International, Inc. (Nasdaq:SEAC) is preparing to help a larger segment of Asia Pacific's broadcasters, cable and telco service providers, and content owners to monetize new digital distribution platforms including multiscreen and OTT. To this end, the Company today announced its appointment of market veteran Dave Ulmer as Senior Vice President & General Manager for its Asia Pacific operations.

"Video consumption has gone mobile across Asia Pacific, which is home to half of the world's mobile users.
