Signal Genetics Prices $9,000,000 Public Offering


CARLSBAD, Calif., Feb. 17, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Signal Genetics, Inc. (Nasdaq:SGNL) (Signal), a commercial stage, molecular diagnostic company focused on providing innovative diagnostic services that help physicians make better-informed decisions concerning the care of their patients suffering from cancer, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,214,285 shares of its common stock at an offering price of $2.80 per share. The gross proceeds to Signal from this offering are expected to be approximately $9,000,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses. Signal has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 482,142 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on February 20, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

Aegis Capital Corp. and Chardan Capital Markets, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
