HomeTrust Bank Completes System Conversion and Re-Branding of Bank of Commerce


ASHEVILLE, N.C., Feb. 17, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HomeTrust Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq:HTBI), the holding company for HomeTrust Bank, N.A. (the "Bank"), announced today that the Bank has completed its systems conversion and re-branding of Bank of Commerce, of Charlotte, North Carolina. The Bank completed the acquisition of Bank of Commerce on July 31, 2014. The Bank will continue to operate the midtown Charlotte office at 100 Queens Road. 

On November 17, 2014, the Bank completed its acquisition, systems conversion and re-branding of ten branch banking operations in Southwest Virginia and Eden, North Carolina from Bank of America. 

On August 25, 2014, the Bank completed its systems conversion and re-branding of Jefferson Federal Bank and State of Franklin Bank in East Tennessee.
