Changes in the management team at Duni

Ulfert Rott has decided to leave his position as Production & Supply Chain
Director in Duni. Fredrik Malmgren is appointed new Production & Supply Chain
Director.
Ulfert Rott has decided to resign from the position as Production & Supply Chain
Director and leave Duni after eleven successful years. Fredrik Malmgren has
therefore been appointed Production & Supply Chain Director and will join Duni’s
management team.

Fredrik holds an MSc in Automation Engineering at Chalmers Institute of
Technology. He is a founding partner at Montell & Partners AB, where he
primarily focuses on leading production and supply chain projects for
multinational companies. He has also held various interim management positions
within supply chain, and has led several significant projects at Duni as a
consultant.

Duni’s CEO Thomas Gustafsson comments:

Fredrik Malmgren will take on the position from 1st March after a hand-over
period.
