Formpipe receives order from a UK Pharmaceutical Company worth SEK 1.2 million

A UK Pharmaceutical Company, owner of over 50 established and speciality pharmaceutical products, signs a contract with Formpipe regarding an Enterprise Compliance Platform, to manage their quality and product documentation. The total order value amounts to SEK 1.2 million over three years.

The signing of the contract follows the completion of a comprehensive Requirements Specification and Readiness Assessment carried out by Formpipe’s Consultancy Team to ascertain the benefits and potential risks of switching from a paper-based system.

“We improved our offering to the life science industry with the acquisition we made this summer. When now also having a SharePoint-based product suite for compliance we can offer multiple delivery models (in the Cloud, Hosted and On-Premise), targeting small and midsize companies. We can now fully match the needs of companies of varying size and geographic spread”, says Christian Sundin, CEO of Formpipe.

The product suite (X-docs™, X-train™ and X-forms™) utilises much of the basic functionality offered by SharePoint particularly around the basic data model, versioning, access control and management of the audit trail. On top of this functionality there is a set of configurable features to provide a comprehensive platform to enable small and midsize Life Science companies to meet the compliance standards required by the agencies.

Of the total order value, license revenues of SEK 0.6 million, are recorded in first quarter of 2015, while associated revenue will be allocated throughout the contract period.
