Componenta’s Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year 1 January - 31 December 2014 and a separate Corporate Governance Statement have been published in Finnish and English at Componenta’s website at the address www.componenta.com.
The online annual report contains the Financial Statements for 2014 including the consolidated financial statements, the financial statements of the parent company, the Report by the Board of Directors and the auditor’s report.
In the 2014 Financial Statements of Componenta, the amount of distributable equity of the parent company on 31 December 2014 has been corrected to EUR 204.1 million instead of EUR 204.4 million published in the 2014 Financial Statements Bulletin.
The annual report covers also the information related to corporate responsibility. The download center of the online annual report includes ready-made entities for downloading, and tailored reports can be created.
Componenta’s Corporate Governance Statement for 2014 has been given as a separate report from the report by the Board of Directors.
