Ocwen Comments on HLSS Announced Agreement With HSART Trust

ATLANTA, Feb. 18, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ocwen Financial Corporation (NYSE:OCN), a leading financial services holding company, has consented to Home Loan Servicing Solutions, Ltd.'s announced agreement with Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, the indenture trustee of the HLSS Servicer Advance Receivables Trust (the "HSART Trust"), because it believes the agreement provides an opportunity for the parties to conclusively dispel BlueMountain Capital Management, LLC's false accusations of a default under the HSART Indenture. Ocwen refutes BlueMountain's allegations and believes no event of default has occurred under the HSART Indenture.  As previously stated, Ocwen will continue to vigorously defend against BlueMountain's campaign, as a short seller of Ocwen stock, to undermine Ocwen's share price and financial position through misleading and inaccurate press releases.
