Vacon Plc: cancellation of own shares registered in the Trade Register

Vacon Plc announced on 12 February 2015 its decision to cancel all 56,164
treasury shares held by the company. The cancellation of shares has been
registered in the Trade Register on 18 February 2015. Following the cancellation
the number of shares in the company is 30,533,836.
