On 19.2.2015, BlackRock Inc., New York, USA, informed us according to § 21
(1) WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am
Main, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights on
17.2.2015 and on that day amounted to 5.04% (this corresponds to 57355501
voting rights). Of these voting rights, 2.69% (30607362 voting rights) are
to be attributed to BlackRock Inc., New York, USA pursuant to § 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG, 0.001% (7350 voting rights) are to be attributed
pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 2 WpHG in connection with § 22 (1)
sentence 2 WpHG, and 2.73% (31039750 voting rights) are to be attributed
pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with § 22 (1)
