WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Feb. 23, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Applied LNG has announced the execution of a multi-year contract extension with its largest customer in the refuse hauling sector. Under the renewal agreement, Applied LNG will supply LNG and provide comprehensive logistics and delivery services to all of this customer's LNG locations in California. The agreement, which extends through 2020, marks the continuation of a long-term fuel relationship between the parties that started more than ten years ago.
Applied LNG supports its refuse customers by offering services beyond LNG supply and delivery including mobile fueling, remote monitoring, maintenance and safety training. As a result, Applied LNG customers are saving money and reducing carbon emissions with LNG compared to traditional diesel fuel.
