in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3% and
amounted to 3.15% (3,887,119 voting rights). These voting rights of 3.15%
(3,887,119 voting rights) are attributable to T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.,
according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 in connection with
sentence 2 WpHG.
2. T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., Baltimore, Maryland, USA has notified us
pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 07 October 2014 its voting rights
in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3% and
amounted to 3.15% (3,887,119 voting rights). Of these 3.15% voting rights
(3,887,119 voting rights)1.43% (1,761,995 voting rights) are attributable
to T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1,
number 6 WpHG and 1.72% (2,125,124 voting rights) are attributable to T.
