The system to be delivered includes management of the life cycle of prison administration and daily routines, from the criminal sanction to the release or to the end of other sanction than imprisonment. The system will be used extensively in various roles in the Criminal Sanctions Agency, mainly for management of prisoners by prison and criminal sanctions area, but also for managing customers of other sanction types and planning other customer relationships with the goal of gradual release or ending of the sanction. The solution to be delivered by Innofactor is a so-called xRM solution mainly based on the off-the-shelf Microsoft Dynamics CRM software. In the solution, the traditional CRM solution will be customized significantly on the basis of the needs of the customer or field.

“This is the largest single deal in Innofactor’s history. The deal strengthens Innofactor's position as a provider of Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based solutions in Finland. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a significant business area for Innofactor and we have invested heavily on know-how in this area. We believe it has good potential for growth. We also see excellent possibilities of using the know-how on prison management, acquired during the project, in the possible competition for the stage two of the Criminal Sanctions Agency system and also in other similar competitions in the Nordic Countries and Europe,” says Sami Ensio, CEO of Innofactor.
