Financial Wellness a Focus at NASW Heartland Conference According to Four Seasons Financial Education

Workplace financial wellness firm to present at annual Show-Me Symposium for the National Association of Social Workers

ST. LOUIS, Mo., Feb. 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - Workplace financial wellness firm, Four Seasons Financial Education (FSFE), today announced they will be presenting at the 2015 Show-Me Symposium for the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). The presentation will focus on ways professionals in the social work industry can help their clients with financial needs and goals. According to the American Psychological Association's Stress in America Survey, money is the primary cause of stress for Americans*.

"Americans at every income level experience some element of financial stress," says FSFE president, Travis Freeman. "Social workers are perfectly positioned to help those experiencing such stress, so we're happy to equip them with the same tools we use in our own financial wellness programs."

FSFE has served employee assistance programs (EAPs) since 1986 and has experience working alongside social workers and counselors. EAPs, which rely heavily on such professionals, have boosted financial wellness services over the last decade to include both financially-trained social workers and financial wellness experts. Those professionals interested in attending the 2015 Show-Me Symposium may visit NASW-Heartland.org for more information.
