Nokian Tyres: Disclosure under chapter 9, section 10 of the securities market
act

Nokian Tyres has received a notification from The Capital Group Companies Inc.
on 23 February 2015, according to which the total holding of The Capital Group
Companies Inc. in Nokian Tyres plc fell below 5 percent as a result of a share
transaction concluded on 20 February 2015.
