In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. the Danish Executive Order no. 668 of 25 June 2012 on major shareholders, it is hereby announced that Thornburg Investment Management on 23 February 2015 has informed TDC that Thornburg Investment Management on 30 January 2015 acquired shares in TDC in excess of 5% of the share capital and voting rights.
Thornburg Investment Management holds 40,793,664 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 (aggregate nominal value DKK 40,793,664) in TDC, corresponding to 5.02% of the total share capital and of the total voting rights. The shares are owned directly.
