AS “Saldus mežrūpniecība” has received notification on 24th February, 2015 form Uldis Mierkalns on the gaining indirect significant shareholding in AS “Saldus mežrūpniecība”(see attached).
According to this notification Uldis Mierkalns in total indirectly has acquired voting rights from351 803 shares, which constitutes 90.87% of AS “Saldus mežrūpniecība” totalcapital. Indirectly Uldis Mierkalns has right to use voting rights on SIA “PATA AB” 3070 shares or 0.79% of the capital, SIA ”Saldus Mežrūpniecības Uzņēmums” 171 833 shares or 44.39% of the capital and SIA “Kubit” 105 327 shares or 27.21% of the capital.
