The board of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S has proposed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for March 30, 2015 approves an extraordinary dividend. The amount of the extraordinary dividend per share is yet to be determined. The scheduled ex-date is March 31, 2015.
Provided that the AGM approves the proposal, NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will act and adjust MAERSK B in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes” version 2.2, Section 4.2.1
