Dr. Miller is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. In addition to his private practice, he acts as an attending surgeon at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla and a Voluntary Clinical Instructor of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, San Diego. He attended the University of California, Irvine where he earned his Medical Degree and completed an internship and residency in surgery.
