International roll outs of the solution is expected in early 2015
Global provider of telecom IT solutions, Tecnotree, today announced that it has chosen TruTeq Wireless, the Pretoria-based mobile network technology company, as its premium partner for its “Consolidated VAS” (Value Added Service) offering.
TruTeq Wireless has established itself over the past 14 years as a market leader in the digital messaging space in Africa, with major expansion now taking place into the Pacific Region.
While the so called VAS in-a-box concept has been around for some time, few vendors have been able to produce a truly integrated VAS product set. Therefore, as the competitive landscape turns, the need for rapid deployment of cost effective and profitable VAS services comes into sharp focus. The Consolidated VAS solution is designed to meet this challenge precisely. By reducing cost and complexity and increasing flexibility and quality, operators will be in a position to roll out innovative and attractive VAS applications rapidly. The new Consolidated VAS platform is already available, with first rollouts expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2015.
