Salermo S.A. and Magna Finance Investment Limited intend to assemble their holding of shares in Agrokultura and initiate a compulsory redemption

Nasdaq Stockholm has, as previously announced, approved the application on
delisting from Nasdaq First North made by Agrokultura AB (publ) (“Agrokultura”)
and the last day for trading is Friday 27 February 2015.
As stated in previous press releases, there have not been legal conditions to
initiate a compulsory redemption of the outstanding shares in Agrokultura.
Instead, as previously announced, Magna Finance Investment Limited (formerly
Magna Investment Limited) (“Magna”) intended to offer the remaining shareholders
in Agrokultura the possibility to dispose of their shares in a private offer
following the delisting of Agrokultura’s shares from Nasdaq First North.
However, Salermo S.A. and Magna intend to assemble their holding of shares in
Agrokultura so that there will be legal conditions to initiate a compulsory
redemption of the outstanding shares in Agrokultura. The compulsory redemption
of the outstanding shares in Agrokultura is expected to be initiated shortly
after the last day of trading in Agrokultura’s shares.
