Shares subscribed for under Cramo Plc stock options 2011
A total of 107 353 Cramo Plc's new shares were subscribed for during the period between 1 January 2015 and 16 February 2015 under the company's stock option rights 2011. The entire subscription price of EUR 641 970.94 will be entered in the paid-in capital. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Cramo Plc shares will increase to 44 172 382.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options were registered in the Trade Register on 26 February 2015, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
Trading in the new shares will begin on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on 27 February 2015.
The share subscription period for stock options 2011 is between 1 October 2014 and 31 December 2015. Each stock option 2011 entitles its holder to subscribe for one Cramo share.
