Accusations of price manipulation dropped
The Danish Public Prosecutor for Serious Economic and International Crime (SØIK) has today informed Realkredit Danmark A/S that the accusations of price manipulation brought against Realkredit Danmark A/S on 7 February 2014 are dropped.
The accusations were brought against Danske Bank, Realkredit Danmark and six employees. Company announcement No. 12 dated 7 February 2014 provides more information. SØIK subsequently dropped accusations brought against two managers. Thus all accusations brought against Realkredit Danmark on 7 February 2014 have now been dropped.
Further, on 21 July 2014, SØIK also brought accusations against Realkredit Danmark and one of the already accused employees of disclosing inside information. This case is still being investigated.
