JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība” has received notification on 26th February, 2015 from Artūrs Šuksts about loss of indirect participation on shareholding (see attached) and SIA Juridiskais birojs “Merkants” notification about lost of significant shareholding in JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība”(see attached).
According to this notification SIA Juridiskais birojs “Merkants” have lost a significant shareholding in JSC „Saldus mežrūpniecība”, about lost its proportion of voting rights from 105 327 shares, which constitutes 27.21% of JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība” total capital.
