Stockmann plc applies for its 2010C key employee share options to become subject to trade on Nasdaq OMX Helsinki stock exchange as from 2 March 2015. The listing comprises 226 400 of 2010C share options. Each option entitles its holder to subscribe for one Series B share in Stockmann plc. The subscription period for shares with the share options 2010C is 1 March 2015 - 31 March 2017.
The share subscription price is based on the volume-weighted average price of the Series B share on the Helsinki stock exchange during the period 1–29 February 2012 increased by 10 per cent. The share subscription price is decreased on each record date for dividend distribution by the amount of dividend decided after the beginning of the subscription price determination period but before the share subscription. The subscription price is at the moment EUR 16.50 per share.
