Nasdaq Riga decided on March 2, 2015 to immediately apply observation status to AS "Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika" (FRM1R, ISIN code: LV0000100782) and SIA "VIA SMS group" (VIAS130016A, ISIN kods: LV0000801496).
Observation status will be applied to the companies considering that AS "Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika" has failed to submit its financial report of 12 months 2014 in Latvian and English and SIA "VIA SMS group" - its financial report of 12 months 2014 in English by March 2, 2015
Nasdaq Riga Listing and Disclosure rules Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 5 state that Nasdaq Riga may assign observation status to an issuer on the occasions when it fails to disclose the information in due time and manner.
The purpose of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.
