On 25 February 2015 FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, fell
below the thresholds of 3 % of the voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable
AG, Am Patbergschen Dorn 9, 59929 Brilon, Germany. On that date, FIL
Investments International held 2.94 % (this corresponds to 519,584 Voting
Rights) of the voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG. All voting rights
in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG were attributed to FIL Investments
International pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. 


On 25 February 2015 FIL Holdings (UK) Limited, Hildenborough, UK, fell
below the thresholds of 3 % of the voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable
AG, Am Patbergschen Dorn 9, 59929 Brilon, Germany. On that date, FIL
Holdings (UK) Limited held 2.94 % (this corresponds to 519,584 Voting
Rights) of the voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG. All voting rights
in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG were attributed to FIL Holdings (UK) Limited
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2
WpHG. 

On 25 February 2015 FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, UK, fell
below the thresholds of 3 % of the voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable
AG, Am Patbergschen Dorn 9, 59929 Brilon, Germany. On that date, FIL
Investments International held 2.94 % (this corresponds to 519,584 Voting
Rights) of the voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG. All voting rights
in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG were attributed to FIL Investments
International pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
