Herborium 2014 Sales Grows 79% Over 2013

The Company's Margin Increased a Full Point

The company filed a full Financial Report with Legal Opinion on OTC, on Friday February 28th, 2015.

The Company results for 2014 have significantly surpassed expectations and indicate a rapid growth, and a strong improvement over 2013.

§  Herborium sales in 2014 grew 79% in comparison to 2013 (from $381,000.00 to $684,000.00). Herborium surpassed the total annual sales for 2013 in the Third Quarter of 2014.

§   The Company's gross profit increased by $190,000.00 from $236,000.00 in 2013 to $429,000.00 in 2014 what represents 80% growth over 2013.

§  The highly significant increase in Herborium's revenues and gross profit has been combined  with INCREASE IN COMPANY'S MARGIN that grew from 61.9% in 2013 to 62.9% in 2014.

§  2014 annual loss from operations was decreased by 43% comparing to 2013.

§   Herborium's lead product, AcnEase®, achieved a milestone of over 10,000 "likes" on the Facebook in the USA, what represents increase of 35% over 2013. Newly established French Facebook reached over 1000 "likes" in the first 4 weeks after its opening.

The overall growth in revenues, gross profit and gross margin achieved by the Company in 2014, combined with decrease in loss from operations and further improvement in brand recognition represent pivotal factors in Herborium's prospects for continuous and successful growth in 2015.
