Nasdaq Tallinn decided on March 2, 2015 to apply observation status to AS Telescan shares (TSC1T, ISIN code: EE3100119157) immediately.
Observation status will be applied because Telescan has not published its 12 months financial interim report within 2 months from the end of the reporting period. In addition, during the past 4 months, Telescan has failed to appoint new contact person who would be responsible for information disclosure.
The purpose of applying the observation status is to raise the market participants’ attention.
